Just to wrap up things from yesterday....I walked 45 minutes on a treadmill at a gym at a pace of 2.8-3.1 - then went to eat Mexican - Enchilada Suizas (which was not so healthy) but I only had water....I also had another cup of coffee with the french vanilla creamer....hmm I thought I was doing better than this....so - moving on
Food: Today, I've had a nutrigrain bar (2 pts), banana (2 pts), strawberry pop tarts (9 pts), and water, water, water.
Thought: I'd like to post my progress in picture form. Every week - I'll take a picture of myself and post - an unaltered picture so I will have no excuse.....Here go's nothin'
