Today's the day....

I think...well I know I've been putting off this day for a long time. Today's the day to stop excusing myself from doing the things I want, and need, to do with my life. Honestly, "this day" and "starting over" are things I've done before - I think we've all been there....but I have to keep on trying, right? So here I am....

Today I will respect my body. I will walk on a treadmill at a gym for at least 45 minutes. For those of you who know me...you know this will be a difficult thing since I have thing crazy fear of people watching me, among other things - which you'll find out later....This walk will be at a cardio pace too - not just a fun walk.

Today will mark the beginning of my food journal - which will not be a secret.....I mean really, I think this is pretty obvious......So far today I've had 2 poptarts, 2 cups of coffee with french vanilla creamer, leftover Dan Dan Noodles (probably 2 portions if I'm honest)...and it's just after lunch :( So in light of this, I will eat a healthy dinner with Water ONLY!

  1. Me and Robin started our wedding diets! You're not alone. But I didn't know you fear people watching you? How?, you sing on stage?! I use this to count how much I eat and calories and stuff. http://www.fatsecret.com/ it's free to register. You just put in what you ate and it tells you. Plus you can log your exercise which also calculates calories and substracts from what you ate and stuff. It's cool!
